Michelle Prosser is founder and president of Energy Focus. Energy Focus will provide the right experience and knowledge when needed, with efficient use of resources to keep costs down. While the team members selected to work on this proposal have extensive experience in organization development and business training, the entire Energy Focus team is available to meet specialized situations when they occur.
Michelle Prosser will be the primary coach and will be assisted if necessary by other coaches depending on the workload. She has a cadre of qualified coaches that she partners with.
Michelle is a visionary leader with over 20 years experience working with leaders and organizations. Her demonstrated strengths include leading positive change, developing successful teams, maximizing performance, and improving communication skills and customer service, and leadership development. Michelle is committed to enhancing the work life and quality of life of leaders by helping them learn about themselves and their strategies. She has coached, taught, and worked with senior executives, governors, cabinet secretaries, congressmen, college presidents and deans, and attorneys.
Michelle Prosser provides professional coaching, consulting, assessments, workshops, and training for professionals, corporations, law firms, non-profit organizations, academia and government. Michelle focuses on individuals, working with them to reframe organizational goals to meet their personal goals, and developing job fulfillment and buy-in. She works closely with clients to help them balance professional careers with personal lifestyles, improve their businesses and practices, and achieve professional mastery.
